TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Offer only open to UK residents aged 17 years and over.

2.      Offer excludes all employees, and their families, of Pirelli Tyres Limited, participating dealers, or anyone professionally associated with the promotion. Only one prize draw entry per household and offer excludes fleet and trade purchases.

3.      For entry into the prize draw log onto www.centraltyre.net and enter the invoice number, and your personal details.

4.      The prize consists of one BMW, Mini Cooper, 1598cc. There is no cash alternative.

5.      Winner will be responsible for registering, taxing and insuring the vehicle. No cash alternative. Any tax implications must be met by the winner.

6.      An independently supervised adjudication will take place on 19th November 2007.  Prize winner will be notified by post or telephone by 15th December 2007.

7.      Prize winner may be required to participate in publicity. Winner’s name and county will be made available from Central Tyre Limited, Derby Road, Burton on Trent, Staffs, DE13 0BH.

8.   All entries must be received by 17.00hrs on the 14th November 2007. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the prize draw.
